I think that this state should stop being the leader in environmental insanity. Texas is moving as quickly as they can to approve and implement new hydro electric (dams), wind power and atomic energy. By sitting around worrying about birds and snakes, we are heading for black outs and expensive power from Texas. We are such a foolish state and our own worst enemy.
