Respected, long-time GOP consultant Tony Quinn has been analyzing Arnold’s “reform” initiative petition package….Y’know, the ones that when you sign some guy in India gets to read. If I read Tony’s analysis correctly, $chwarzenkennedy’s “reforms” will help straighten out Kalifournia about as much as that iceberg helped the Titanic float.
