Rush voices support for “Hold Their Feet to the Fire” goals

Several times, since 1989, I - and other activist talk radio hosts have attempted to enlist Rush Limbaugh in important causes. Each time he has expressed his considered judgement that such efforts were not a proper use of the power that comes from the EIB Mic.

No longer.

Rush has now joined the chorus of us banging pots and pans in the very Belly of the Beast over immigration reform!

See the story here

Welcome aboard Rush! This is very exciting!

Listen to KFBK weeknights from 7-10 PM for details on how you may join Roger Hedgecock and me - AND NOW RUSH LIMBAUGH - banging pots and pans for immigration reform in the very belly of the beast, on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. this April 23-28!

Flippin’ a purple bird

We should all be jumping around like Mathew Lesko, on late night infomercials, over the Iraqi elections! grin

Not only did voter turn-out exceed many U.S. elections, in the face of death no less, but everyone who voted got that purple finger with which to flip off the enemies of freedom....and did so, with both defiance and pride on - world-wide TV!

Goodness, it was such a blistering rout of our enemies that one of their leaders, Hillary Clinton, fainted dead-away at the start of some anti-American diatribe that she was about to spew in Buffalo! I almost drove off the road when I heard the ABC Radio Network "news" propagandist report that she (Hillary) and "her staff" injested "something over the weekend that disagreed with them."

No fake! It was called FREEDOM!

I’ve got this, and more to say on my own show tonight at 7:00, and on Fox News Channel tomorrow morning at 8:40.

Saddams Absence on Ballot Thrills Iraqis
Example

No matter how hard they try, not even the liberal media can ignore the success of the Iraqi elections. (AP Story Here)

In the "triangle of death," where voting is a life-threatening experience, Karfia Abbasi held up her ink-stained finger, elated that for the first time she has been able to cast a ballot for someone besides Saddam Hussein.

"This is democracy," Abbasi said. "This is the first day I feel freedom."

But that doesn't stop the John Kerry and the rest of the liberal party-poopers from trying to rain on the parade. (Agence France-Presse Story Here) Did you notice it's French!!!!

"This election is a sort of demarcation point, and what really counts now is the effort to have a legitimate political reconciliation," Kerry said.

Normally I don’t participate in online opinion polls, but this one is worth sending a message to Kerry and friends. (WorldNet Daily Poll Here)

A Letter From a Friend
I received an email letter from a friend of mine that I haven't seen or heard from in years. I thought I would share it with you.

Dear Chad,

Forgive me for not staying in touch with you. As you know in 1999 I decided that I would avoid the mayhem and chaos that the Y2K bug was going to cause. Having just returned home this morning I have found that nothing actually happened.

Because of my unfounded fears of Y2K I chose to move to a small village in the foothills of the Andes mountains. I found a primiative but welcoming society of people and my hut had a tremendous view of the Amazon rain forest. For five years I lived there and had absolutely no contact with anyone or anything outside the village.

Well, I returned to the states this morning and I have been reading up on all the news. I still can't believe 9/11 actually took place. How terrible! But then I read what happened afterward. What a remarkable, no, unbelieveable time it has been!

To think that since I've been away the Taliban has been destroyed and women in Afghanistan no longer have to suffer as if they were cattle. I understand they recently had a democratic election too! Astonshing. When I left, that country was run by a brutal extreme religious group but in a few short years little girls are going to school again and even voting!

I also heard that Saddam Hussein is in prison and his two evil sons are dead! Holy cow, only a couple years ago when I left Hussein and his boys were killing Iraqis left and right and all the world feared his weapons programs. Now I find that he is gone and Iraq too just had free elections with huge numbers turning out to vote. What an amazing story. I've already seen images from the Iraq election and it is incredibly uplifting.

Sadly, I've also been reading that the left in the US is still trying to bash the President at every opportunity. You know, I'm sure this Bush fellow is not at all a perfect man. In fact, he sounds a little to macho. But geez I'm sure the tens of millions of people who no longer live in fear of death and torture are pretty happy this Bush guy is in White House.

What an amazing, historic 5 years I've missed.

See you soon.

Your pal,

a fake person who wrote a fake letter to make a really good point.
